Blackfish

I recently read an article my sister wrote about a film, "Blackfish", about Orca whales and Sea World theme parks and one of there whales' Tilikum. This film is amazing ! The movie is full of information that I myself have never had of, for instance I did not know that Seaworld hunted their Whales in 1977 off the coast of Washington, then once removed by the US goverment, they moved to Iceland to hunt Whales. Blackfish is a movie that pulled on my heart and somehow made me feel gulity for even purchasing a ticket to Seaworld. Blackfish is a MUST SEE MOVIE, you can watch it on Netflix 24/7, it is something I believe everyone should watch before going to Seaworld. For me and my family, we wont be returning. Watching what has happened to these whales makes me also wonder about other places like Busch Gardens, the real question the movie ask is, "Is it ok to make animals live for our entertainment?". For my family, the answer is NO.

Changing Major's... AGAIN !

   I'm not to sure how many of my readers have gone to college but in one semester I have changed my major three times. Before this year I never thought I could be a college student, I never thought I was smart enough, guess I was wrong. When I went into this I thought I knew what I wanted, to be a Veterinary Nurse but as it got closer and was about to change schools I realized it was not the right thing for me. I really want to travel the world see the world go to another country. There is so much more to life than where I'am at and what I have seen. I want to spread my wings and see everything the world has to offer.

 Well it has been forever it seems like since I posted on my blog. My first semester at college is coming to an end, Thank God. I thought I should drop by and see how all you wonderful readers are doing. Now that things are starting to slow down a little I'm going to TRY and post on a more regular basis, I SWEAR !

When a Door Closes, a Window Opens !

This is something so new to me, it's a little scary. I had been a vlogger on Youtube for nearly 7 years before finally calling it quits and making a full transition to blogging. I choose to come to blogging because it really is the best form of social media expression for my current lifestyle, which has me on the go all the time. Right now I'm a Full-Time, Parent, Employee, Student, and now Blogger !

Youtube is a venure that requires alot of time not only on Youtube but other sites to support your channel. In 7 years I posted over 450 videos, managed 2 Live Shows a week as well as a number of collaborative channels, it's hard, time consuming work, ask anyone who has done it for an extended period of time, it isnt for everyone. And it isn't for me anymore either. With ending my Youtube run I knew I still wanted to express myself and tell my stories, and thanks to my BFF/SoulSister Brittany T. I choose to come to blogging.

I know this will be an exciting new Trail for me to blaze, I hope everyone will come along on this ride with me to learn, laugh, grow, and whatever else we choose to do !

I tired to design my blog myself but I kept failing to the maxium of what the word FAIL means. I'm not one of those people who are technology stupid but when it came to desiging this site I just could not get my shit together and make it look like anything other than... well.... Shit. So after much texting and research tools provided to me by Brittany it just wasnt sticking in my head. I'm Justin, but I prefer Jay and I'm from Mulberry, Florida. I married my highschool sweetheart, Rachel, in 2006 at the age of 18. We have a daugther, Penelope, who was born in December of 2012.

I have lived in Florida my whole life but have family spread all over the United States and have visited every state on the Eastern Sea Board. I'am currently enrolled in to school for Veterinary Technology which will lead to become a Veterinary Technologist, my dream has also been to work with and save animals, I'm a HUGE animal lover.

　
I love to read, write, and make others laugh. I new to the blogging world, I spent the last 7 years making videos on Youtube, but have recently give it up to blog, something I feel will fit my lifestyle better.

Rachel is from Teaneck, New Jersey but was born in Queens, New York. She moved to Florida 2001. She is my love.

Rachel and I started off as Best Friends in 11th grade and by the end of the year we were in an on and off again relationship. After time we realized how much love each other and have been together ever since. Rachel has a giving heart and would help anyone, with anything, anytime. She is a Medical Assistant but her dream is to one own and run a Bed and Breakfast.

She loves to spend time with family, go bargin shopping, and worry about money, I had to throw that last one in there.
